The health and safety of our clients and therapists are of the upmost importance to us during this time. We are taking extra measures to ensure that our studio is a clean and safe environment.
We have been brainstorming and researching ways to safely reopen the studio. So please be sure to read through the entire massage as it contains a lot of information and bare with us as procedures may change.
Please note not all appointment types and times are available.
We ask anyone with or the caregiver of someone with a compromised immune system or those that are at a high risk for complications associated with Covid19 or any other communicable diseases not visit our studio at this time.
By scheduling a massage appointment with us, you assume any and all health risk that may occur.
We know that these precautions can be perceived as unnecessary by some and even silly or over the top but rest assured, we have your best interest at heart. We really hope that these precautions are short lived and soon unnecessary. Please do not be offended.
We ask that you wear a face mask. You will not have to wear a mask while face down on the table.Our therapists will be wearing face masks. Our therapist will be disinfecting rooms and surfaces between clients and throughout the day.
Upon arrival we will be taking your temperature and will ask a series of health questions. You have the right refuse but if you do so we will not be able to proceed with your appointment session.
Our therapist will also have their temperature taken and asked the same questions. Feel free to ask them yourself.
The health of countless others depends on your honesty. If we feel you are not being truthful, we have the right to refuse treatment.
Do not make an appointment if you have been diagnosed with, in contact with someone who has, or been asked to quarantined because of Covid 19, have or recently have had a cold or flu.
Prior to your appointment we ask that:
· You prepay with our online scheduling site
· You setup appointments by phone, email, or online
· If possible, please shower before appointment
· We ask that you leave unnecessary personal items at home or in your car
· Please let therapist open doors for you
· Please be aware of your surroundings and do not touch surfaces unless needed
· When in the treatment room please use the baskets provided for your personal items
· After your appointment the therapist will come back to the treatment room to answer any questions. They will then escort you out of the building
Please note we now require you to prepay. If you have massages on your account, they will automatically be applied when you check out after scheduling. If you have a massage scheduled and no prepaid massages on your account, someone will contact you before your appointment for billing. If you have a gift certificate there is a prompt for you to enter it after scheduling your appointment. You can also purchase a tip for your therapist when checking out. Gift certificates can be bought online or mailed.
Please note the lobby is closed. Anyone waiting for you should drop you off or wait in car. No children are permitted at this time.
