The health and safety of our clients and therapists are of the upmost importance to us during this time.
We are taking extra measures to ensure that our studio is a clean and safe environment. Our therapist will be disinfecting all rooms and surfaces between clients and throughout the day.
We ask anyone with or the caregiver of someone with a compromised immune system or those that are at a high risk for complications associated with Covid19 or any other communicable diseases not visit our studio at this time.
Do not make an appointment if you have been diagnosed with, in contact with someone who has, or been asked to quarantined because of Covid 19, have or recently have had a cold or flu.
By scheduling a massage appointment with us, you assume any and all health risk that may occur.
When arriving for your appointment:
Please wait in your car or outside until your scheduled appointment.
Please wear a face mask.
You will not have to wear a mask while face down on the table.
Our therapists will also be wearing face masks.
Upon arrival we will be taking your temperature and will ask a series of health questions.
Prior to your appointment we ask that:
· You prepay with our online scheduling site
· You setup appointments by phone, email, or online
· We ask that you leave unnecessary personal items at home or in your car
· Please let therapist open doors for you
· Please be aware of your surroundings and do not touch surfaces unless needed
· When in the treatment room please use the baskets provided for your personal items
· After your appointment the therapist will come back to the treatment room to answer any questions.
They will then escort you to the front door.
Please note we now require you to prepay. If you have massages on your account, they will automatically be applied when you check out after scheduling. If you have a gift certificate there is a prompt after scheduling your appointment.
You can purchase a tip for your therapist under services. You can leave cash or ask that the card on file be charged.
Gift certificates can be bought online or mailed.
Please note the lobby is closed. Anyone waiting for you should drop you off or wait in car.
No children are permitted at this time.
We know that all of this feels like a lot but we hope things will change for the better in the near future.
