Ben’s journey to become a licensed massage therapist has been a lengthy, yet, rewarding and empowering experience. His diagnosis of Rheumatoid Arthritis in his teens led him down a lifelong path of exploring healing, dietary approaches, natural medicines, knowledge of the human body, and developing more compassion for himself and others. After working as a graphic designer in the natural health industry, he was inspired to pursue a career in massage therapy. His goal is to provide a uniquely-tailored massage experience utilizing his entire scope of knowledge and techniques to promote restoration of the body and relaxation of the mind. He specializes in relaxation, therapeutic deep tissue, neuromuscular, Touch for Health, energy work, and cupping.
Tanya's passion for wellness began at an early age, with her grandfather's shared wisdom from the chiropractic field. She completed a bachelor's degree in Psychology but ultimately knew that hands-on healing was the path for her. She believes that overall wellness is both physical and psychological. She uses her combined knowledge of the mind and body to tailor a clients' session to their individual needs. She incorporates techniques from many different therapies such as trigger point, Thai, Reiki, neuromuscular, myofascial release, Swedish, and cupping along with aromatherapy and hot stones. She looks forward to working with you.
Becky After graduating from Anthem College, she worked for a chiropractor where she learned to treat specific issues resulting from car accidents and dealing with posture and pain. This lead to her studies to Costa Rica where she received a Medical Massage Practitioner Certification (CMMP). After returning, she decided she was more interested in integrating a more holistic approach to herwork and recieved Reiki I and II attunements. Each massage she does is tailored to fit the clients needs, whether they are seeking more therapeutic work, or relaxation. She tends to work superficial to deep, and incorporates energy work into each massage. My favorite modalities are Reiki, CranioSacral, Myofascial, Stretching/ROM, and Trigger Point. I work to integrate the mind, body, and soul. Allow me to help you unwind and reconnect!
Debbie Being a massage therapist for almost 5 years and she still loves every minute of it. Becoming a massage therapist has taught her so many things; the most important being that soft tissue injuries often fall through the cracks in our medical system. Therefore making massage therapy an important missing link in the prevention and recovery process. She strives to work with each client to resolve their specific issue. Her specialties are deep tissue, hot stone, and cupping. She also has experience with KT taping, prenatal massage, IASTM (Instrument Assisted Soft Tissue Mobilization), and Myofascial release. She has recently learned a new modality called Yomassage that is founded on 3 pillars of Breathe, Stretch, and Massage. She is excited to use that modality to further assist clients with their goals.
