Kate has been a professional massage therapist for several years. She attended the Aveda Institute of Beauty and Wellness where she fell in love with helping people live pain-free lives. She specializes in Deep Tissue, MyoFascial Release, and Neuromuscular Therapy, as well as other therapeutic and relaxation modalities, to help her clients achieve their wellness goals. An integral part of every session is teaching self care and sharing tools for you to use at home to aid the targeted treatment plan which is catered to your specific body needs. She's very excited to help you on your wellness journey.

Each of our team members are experienced, licensed, and brings a totally unique energy and approach to  healing. We are proud of the diverse skills of the Healium team, and we think you'll be happy with whomever you choose.
Dorothy has been a massage therapist for 18+ years. She focuses her continuing education and practice in the area of the fascial/connective tissue system of the body. Dorothy utilizes CranioSacral Therapy and the Barral Institute's Neural Manipulation techniques to help open blocked areas and stimulate the body's own healing mechanisms. She also enjoys basic relaxation and therapeutic massage. She is a second degree Reiki practitioner. Massage therapy gives her the opportunity to help people overcome pain and stress.
Tanya's passion for wellness began at an early age, with her grandfather's shared wisdom from the chiropractic field. She completed a bachelor's degree in Psychology but ultimately knew that hands-on healing was the path for her. She believes that overall wellness is both physical and psychological. She uses her combined knowledge of the mind and body to tailor a clients' session to their individual needs. She incorporates techniques from many different therapies such as trigger point, Thai, Reiki, neuromuscular, myofascial release, Swedish, and cupping along with aromatherapy and hot stones.  She looks forward to working with you.

Sarah's self-healing journey has been a long, circular one. Starting in her mid-teens, she has been seeking a better way to feel at one with the universe, others, and herself. Getting regular massages has helped her significantly along this healing journey. This prompted her to pursue a career in massage therapy. It is very rewarding to help others transform themselves through massage as she has been. She strongly believes in the universal life force that connects all beings. She loves the subtle yet powerful healing she's able to do through energy and hands-on work. She uses a combination of relaxation and therapeutic massage, trigger point, myofascial release, and Reiki/energy. She graduated from Everyday Bliss Institute for Holistic Well-being and is a Reiki Master. She looks forward to working with you!
Meg graduated from the Aveda Institute of Beauty and Wellness. Her wellness journey started as a teenager, when she learned about yoga and sound healing as means of relaxation and self-care. She specializes in cupping, trigger point therapy, myofascial release, and deep tissue. She has a special interest in massage for mental health and strives to make each session healing for both body and mind. She loves working with clients to customize their sessions based on their changing needs. She believes that every person can benefit from massage and safe touch.
Eva's wellness journey began with her parents, who, upon moving to this country, struggled with complications from western medicine. These struggles encouraged her to find a different path. She graduated from East-West Healing Arts Institute where she learned about eastern philosophy with a western approach. Her philosophy to  massage is simple: To be conscious and aware of our own individual restrictions and to empower from within a practical approach to the healing process. She practices from a variety of techniques and modalities and loves to incorporate cupping of all sorts(glass, silicone, hand gun), gua-sha, and essential oils into a session.
